Instruction on exercising the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract
1. Who can withdraw from the contract?
It is possible to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance, i.e. when shopping at the e-shop at www.megashopbox.eu with delivery by courier. Reserving goods in the store via the Internet and subsequently purchasing them in the store is not a contract concluded at a distance.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. i.e. natural persons, non-entrepreneurs (orders without a completed ID number).
It is not possible to withdraw from the contract, the subject of which is goods that are not suitable for return for health reasons or for hygienic reasons and whose packaging was damaged upon delivery.
2. Can I use the product for 14 days and then return it?
You can test the functionality of the goods as you would in a physical store. When handling the goods beyond this scope (mainly its pollution, damage, soaking, use on the body), you will be charged the costs of returning the goods to their original condition.
We recommend that you follow these policies:
Keep all packaging materials to the goods so that you can return them undamaged and complete.
Do not remove protective foils to avoid unnecessary damage.
Try the basic functionality of the product without getting it dirty, wet or hygienically degraded. This means visually inspecting the product and runningwithout contact with the body or any substances and materials - e.g. water, food, drinks, cleaning agents, detergents, linen, petrol, diesel, oil, grass, mortar, wood, masonry, floor, carpet, dust, clay, mud, etc. This means the same as you would try the product when buying in a brick and mortar store.

3. What is the return process?
1. 3. Pack the goods properly when sending, to avoid damage during transport. The cost of repairing inappropriately packaged goods damaged during transport is borne by the consumer.
4. If there is a reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling it in violation of point 2, we will charge you the cost of restoring the product to its original condition.
The withdrawal period is preserved if you send notice of exercising your right to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days. The period for withdrawing from the contract expires:
a. after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract in the case of a contract for services or a contract for the provision of electronic content not delivered on a physical medium,
b. after 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, take over the goods in the case of a contract, the subject of which is the sale of goods,
c. after 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, take over the goods that were delivered last, if the goods ordered by the consumer in one order are delivered separately,
d. after 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, takes over the last part or piece, if goods consisting of several parts or pieces are delivered,
e. after 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, takes over the first delivered goods, if the goods are delivered repeatedly during the defined period.
5. Consequences of withdrawal
After withdrawing from the contract, we will return all payments you made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, especially the purchase price, including the costs of delivering the goods to you. This does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer. Payments will be returned to you without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. Payment for the purchased goods will be paid to you only after the returned goods have been delivered back to our address or until you prove that the goods have been sent back to our address, unless it is suggested that we pick up the goods personally or through a person authorized by us. Refunds will be made using the same method you used for your payment, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method, without charging any additional fees. In case of cash on delivery payment will be made by bank transfer.
Send the goods back to us without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract. The period is considered to be preserved if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling them in a way other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods (i.e. in a way other than what is usual when buying in brick and mortar store).
If you requested the start of the provision of services during the withdrawal period, you are obliged to pay us the price for the services actually provided until the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
